Budget Management
There are many factors influencing the cost of building a new house, the most important ones being the size and the materials. We always work with our clients to come up with a plan and make sure to stay within their budget. When thinking about your priorities and your budget for a new home, it helps to have a rough idea of the cost breakdown for a new construction. The table below is a breakdown example for a 3500-5000 sq ft. detached house in the Toronto area with two furnaces. The exterior is assumed to be a combination of brick, stone, precast, and stucco.
